A field engineer is the technical bridge between our customers and Swagelok.  

The focus is to help our customers understand Swagelok products and services by providing technical expertise through a sound understanding of your applications.  The main objectives for our field engineer are to:

Jay Quayle

Home City:

Bachelors of Science, University of Tennessee 

Degree:
Aerospace Engineering

Background:
Jay is originally from East Tennessee and worked as a Nuclear Test Engineer for the Navy before beginning his Swagelok career. He is proud to have served projects aboard the USS Dwight D. Eisenhower (CVN-69), USS George H. W. Bush (CVN-75), USS Georgia, and USS San Juan. Jay has also worked on the nuclear waste processing end with Energy Solutions in Oak Ridge, TN to process DAW. He joined the Swagelok team in 2021 and is now a subject matter expert for our customers on Swagelok Essentials Training Classes and the Swagelok M200 Welding System.

Jake Stefanick

Degree:
Mechanical Engineering

Background:
Jake started his career in DC working as a Design Project Engineer for the Orano before beginning his Swagelok career. Jake supported industry changing technology systems for transportation and storage for spent nuclear fuel. Jake is a problem solver who enjoys supporting customer's engineering needs across applications.
